Virtual receptionist
When the phone line opens, calls are answered by the academy's virtual assistant, which identifies itself as such, answers questions about courses, schedules, tuition, the free Math Snapshot, the masterclass and scholarships using verified academy information, can text you a registration link, and transfers you to a member of staff on request.
